Door Leaf
The door leaf surface is finished with Phenolic Resin Compact Laminate, LAB GRADE (PRCL), thickness 4.0 mm.
The material has high density, produced through a fusion process of cellulose fiber and resin, providing excellent impact resistance.
The surface is coated with CLP (Cross Link Polymer) technology, ensuring long-lasting durability.
Key properties include:

• High strength and scratch resistance
• Anti-bacterial surface
• Anti-static surface
• Resistant to mild chemicals used in operating rooms or cleanrooms
• Tested for resistance to mild acidic and alkaline chemicals in accordance with ASTM D1308-02
• Fire performance tested according to UL94 Vertical Burning Test, Class V0
• Non-flammable and resistant to mold growth

Total door thickness: not less than 50 mm

Vision Panel

• Rectangular shape, size 400 (W) x 600 (H) mm
• Flush-mounted with the door surface
• Double-glazed glass system, thickness 6 mm per layer
• Filled with inert gas between glass layers

Track System

• Extruded aluminum track
• Equipped with two polymer rollers per door leaf
• Designed with a mechanism that allows the door leaf to drop 45 degrees during closing
• The closing action presses the door tightly against the frame, creating a hermetic seal on all four sides
• In the event of control system failure or power outage, the door can still be operated safely

Accessories

• Touchless door activation switch (Clean Scan): wave, kick, or elbow switch
• Tubular door handle on the outside and recessed door handle on the inside
• Safety Beam: prevents the door from closing if a person or object is detected between the door frame
• Backup battery: allows door operation during power failure

• Adjustable hold-open time: 0–9 seconds
